How to use led strip light glue?
The light bar glue adopts polyurethane modified epoxy resin system. It has excellent defoaming performance, green environmental protection and easy operation. It can be cured at room temperature or medium temperature. The cured product has excellent flexibility, scratch resistance, low temperature resistance, UV yellowing resistance, high transparency, good electrical properties, and good adhesion to the substrate. Suitable for surface covering of various lighting, nameplates, signs, trademarks, mobile phone stickers, handicrafts, etc. Especially suitable for flexible light strips (FBC flexible circuit boards). Including bare LED strips and LED strips with PVC slots and other products. It is mainly used for waterproof, moisture-proof and surface coating, filling, potting, etc.
Mixing ratio: A: B = 1: 1 (weight ratio) Available time: 25℃×40-50 minutes (100g mixing amount)
● The surface of the product to be glued needs to be kept dry and clean.
● Take the amount according to the proportion, and the weighing is accurate. Please remember that the ratio is the weight ratio and not the volume ratio. After mixing the A and B agents, stir thoroughly to avoid incomplete curing.
● After mixing evenly, please fill the glue in time. And try to use up the mixed glue within the available time.
● During the curing process, please keep the product level. In order to avoid the glue overflow during the curing process.
