What are the principles of choosing outdoor lights?
1. Choose lamps with reasonable light distribution. The light distribution type of the luminaire should be determined according to the function and spatial shape of the lighting place.
2. Use high-efficiency lamps. Under the condition of satisfying the requirements of glare limitation, direct-type light distribution lamps and open-type lamps should be used for lighting that only meets the visual function.
3. Choose lamps that are easy to install and maintain and have low operating costs.
4. In special places where there is a fire or explosion hazard, dust, humidity, vibration, and corrosion, lamps that meet the environmental requirements should be selected.
5. When high temperature parts such as the surface of lamps and lamp accessories are close to combustibles, fire protection measures such as heat insulation and heat dissipation should be taken.
6. The lighting fixtures should have complete photoelectric parameters, and their performance should meet the current standards and relevant regulations.
7. The appearance of the lamp should be coordinated with the environment of the installation place.
8. Consider the characteristics of the light source and the requirements of building decoration.
9. There is little difference between garden lights and street lights, mainly in height, material thickness and aesthetics. Street lights are made of thicker and taller materials, and garden lights are more beautiful in appearance.
